Passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side, at Strathaven Nursing Home on Thursday October 9, 2014, at the age of 89. Loving mother of Marlene Heron and predeceased by her son Edward Pender. She will be missed by family and friends. At Noreens request, no funeral service will be held. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa.
